For fruits & vegetables:
Soak fruits or vegetables in soapy water for about 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly under running water for at least 30 seconds. Do not soak for longer than 5 minutes.

For dishes & baby dishware:
Lightly dampen a sponge or scrubber, add an appropriate amount of soap, and wash dishes as usual. Rinse thoroughly under running water 2-3 times.
