Take an appropriate amount and work into a lather. Gently massage over your face, body, hands, and hair, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Step 2 — All-In-One Lotion
After showering, towel-dry and gently massage the lotion all over your body. Lightly pat to help it absorb.

Step 3 — Rosemary Scalp Scaling Shampoo
Take an appropriate amount, work into a lather, and massage evenly across wet scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly with water.
