Step 1 — Oil-In Body Wash
Take an appropriate amount and gently massage over areas where you tend to hold tension, like shoulders and calves. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then work into a lather and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2 — Oil-In Body Cream
After showering, towel-dry and gently massage the cream all over your body, then lightly pat to help it absorb.

Step 3 — Body Oil
Apply to dry areas of skin, or right after showering while skin is still slightly damp. Gently massage in, focusing on pulse points like the underarms and inner thighs to help ease tension.

Tip: Add 2 drops of lavender essential oil for a deeper aromatherapy experience before bed.
