1–2 times a week, after cleansing, gently pat the skin dry and apply generously to areas in need of exfoliation.After 3–5 minutes, once dead skin cells and impurities have softened, wet your hands slightly and gently massage in circular motions to scrub.Rinse off lightly with water to finish.
