The Quinoa Protein Treatment Mask is a concentrated rinse-off treatment formulated for severely damaged hair — particularly hair weakened by frequent chemical processing such as coloring, perming, and heat styling. Where a conditioner coats the surface, this treatment mask works structurally: a triple molecular-weight protein system fills damage at every level of the hair fiber, from the innermost cortex to the outer cuticle, in just 3 minutes.

The formula delivers vegan proteins across three particle sizes — large-molecule quinoa and oat proteins at the surface, medium-molecule hydrolyzed proteins (corn, soy, wheat) in the mid-cortex, and low-molecule LPP proteins (5 types) in the deepest layers — alongside tonka bean-derived ceramide to reinforce the hair's CMC (cell membrane complex). Seed-derived oils (Pracaxi, Almond, Baobab, Sea Buckthorn) seal lifted cuticles for lasting gloss and protection, while tamarind polysaccharide retains moisture and prevents post-treatment stiffness.

After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water. Dispense an appropriate amount and apply evenly through the length of the hair. Leave on for 2–3 minutes until hair is nourished, then rinse thoroughly.

For intensive at-home salon care: apply the treatment mask to dry hair before shampooing and wrap with a shower cap. Leave on for approximately 5 minutes, then shampoo and rinse as usual.

Repeated chemical treatments — coloring, perming, heat styling — strip away the CMC (cell membrane complex) that holds the hair's cortex cells together. Once lost, hair becomes porous, brittle, and prone to breakage regardless of what is applied to the surface. This treatment is designed to address that structural damage directly, in 3 minutes.

Triple Molecular-Weight Protein System
Three categories of vegan protein, sized to reach three different depths of the hair fiber simultaneously:

Large-molecule proteins — Quinoa Seed Extract (12ppm) + Oat Protein Extract (10ppm): coat the outer surface of the hair shaft, filling surface irregularities and building a visible smoothness. Quinoa is naturally rich in all essential amino acids and betaine, a plant-derived humectant compound.
Medium-molecule proteins — Hydrolyzed Corn, Soy, and Wheat Protein (30ppm each): penetrate the mid-cortex layer to fill structural gaps caused by chemical processing, restoring internal density and resilience.
Low-molecule LPP proteins (5 types) — Copper Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1: smaller in molecular size than the PPT proteins used in professional pre-treatment salon clinics, these penetrate the innermost cortex layers for maximum structural reinforcement.

Silicone creates immediate slip by coating the hair shaft — but accumulates on the scalp over time, potentially blocking follicle openings. The scalp's pores are larger than facial pores and absorb what contacts them. This treatment delivers the smoothness and manageability of a rich conditioning mask without any silicone in the formula, making it safe for use close to the scalp.

Holistic Aromatherapy
Blended by a professional perfumer and aromatherapist: ylang ylang, rose geranium, and rosewood create a warm, deeply floral blend that wraps the treatment ritual in a calming, sensory experience.
