Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. Dispense an appropriate amount, lather between palms, and massage evenly into the scalp and hair. Leave on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use once daily.

After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water. Apply an appropriate amount evenly through the length of hair. Leave on for 2–3 minutes until hair is nourished, then rinse thoroughly.
