Rinse your mouth with water before use.
Extend your tongue as far as possible, then gently scrape from the back to the front with moderate pressure for 3–4 passes.
Rinse your mouth afterward to finish.
Clean the scraper thoroughly until no residue remains, and store it in a well-ventilated area.
For best results, use after brushing your teeth.
