Use: in the shower or bath, 2-3 times per week for exfoliation, or daily for gentle cleansing with the softer side.

Step 1. Wet the towel thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2. Add a small amount of body wash or scrub to the textured side for exfoliation, or the softer side for everyday cleansing.

Step 3. Gently massage over damp skin in circular motions, focusing on rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels if using the textured side.

Step 4. Rinse skin thoroughly with water.

Step 5. Rinse the towel well after each use and hang to dry using the attached loop, to help keep it fresh between uses.

Tip: For sensitive or delicate skin, start with the softer side and use the textured side only on tougher areas.
